Our People
Epilepsy Action Australia employs around 130 staff members who provide specialist epilepsy services, fundraise and support the organisation’s core functions, as well as dedicated volunteers who give their time and assistance at various levels of the organisation, from administration to governance.
The organisation is committed to attracting skilled and motivated people to Epilepsy Action Australia and developing the skills and capabilities of our people so they can best meet the changing needs of our clients and the community.
We encourage an organisational culture that embodies our shared Values and Code of Professional Conduct, a set of guidelines for the ethical conduct of staff, volunteers and contractors of Epilepsy Action Australia.
Our national standards for volunteer involvement are those determined by Volunteering Australia.
